I have been tinkering around with the email settings and ticket settings and I cannot figure out how both of my agents can have their personal signatures attached to there outgoing emails?
They both have different login information, BUT they are both able to see each ticket available for the SmarterTrack when they log into their individual accounts. Therefore, when they send out their emails it shows as from one email address.
As of now, they are enclosing their signatures by copying and pasting.
Is it even possible? SmarterTrack 12.5
